International Human Rights Protection & Social Council (IHRPSC) is a statutory non-profit body incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (read with Rule 18 of Companies Incorporation Rules 2014) by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
Operating with full legal authorization, the council acts as a vigilance shield and advocacy platform dedicated to human rights protection, legal literacy, environmental conservation, anti-corruption campaigns, and grassroots social development.
To create an equitable society free from corruption, exploitation, violence, and administrative apathy — where every individual can live with constitutional dignity, legal safety, and equal opportunity regardless of socio-economic status.
To proactively monitor, report, and legally combat human rights violations, eliminate child labour and trafficking, provide free legal aid to vulnerable citizens, stop illegal natural resource mining, and promote administrative accountability through RTI and public activism.
As filed and approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs:
Promoting constitutional rights, civil liberties, legal aid, legal awareness, advocacy, capacity building, and public welfare programs for vulnerable sections of society.
Creating public awareness and taking action against illegal coal, iron ore, stone, and sand mining, natural resource exploitation, afforestation, and environmental protection.
Promoting administrative transparency, supporting anti-corruption initiatives, public grievance redressal, and effective utilization of the Right to Information Act 2005.
Preventing fake educational institutions, fraudulent certifications, unfair trade practices, defective goods, misleading advertisements, and digital frauds.
Working for the total prevention and eradication of child labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, and exploitation through counseling, legal aid, and rehabilitation.
Preventing domestic violence, gender harassment, supporting senior citizens, persons with disabilities, dalit upliftment, and tribal community development.
